Pandora
We are experimenting with Pandora (per Kate Lilac's recommendation from way back) at work today - I am VERY impressed so far. Not only has it played what we told it to, but its first guess at what we may like was completely out of left-field and 100% correct (Tanita Tikaram's first album).
We have been lovin' on Yahoo!'s Launchcast (per indygirl's recommendation) a lot lately, but this seems to have more obscure stuff that is right up my alley. Hopefully it continues this way.
UPDATE: This thing is starting to suck pretty hard. Alanis Morrisette, Corey Hart...GAG.

aside from their thinking Jeff Buckley is similar to the Pixies, they nail it.
we tried last.fm with disastrous results. it was so bad it turned funny.
Corey Freaking Hart? Is he still wearing sunglasses? He probably looks like the zombies from The Omega Man with Charlton Heston.
Radioblogclub.com is also nice because you can play whatever song you want on demand.
chuckles: he's still using his "never surrender" era photo. guy could have boils for all i know.
